An app for keeping a renovation budget under control: cost estimates, payments, and contractor settlements - accounted to the cent.

A fit-out budget usually lives in a spreadsheet with twenty tabs: estimates in one, payments in another, contractor settlements in a third. Two months into the renovation nobody knows how much has really been spent or whether the limit will hold.
The solution
One app that runs the whole renovation: estimate line items with plan vs. actuals, budget envelopes, payment history, work progress, and reports. The dashboard shows the planned cost, what's been paid, and what's left - at a glance. PDF and CSV exports close the loop with contractors.
Scope & technology
Product design, interface, backend, and infrastructure. An installable PWA, React + TypeScript on the front end, a Go API, PostgreSQL, containerised deployment with automated backups and monitoring. Four languages (PL, EN, DE, FR) and multi-currency support.
